These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the consulting services provided by Azat Absalyamov (“we”, “our”, or “the Provider”), offered via online sessions, including related websites, messaging tools (Telegram, WhatsApp), and associated communications.
By booking a session, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We offer individual online consulting and wellness services aimed at emotional support, personal growth, and mental well-being. These are not medical services and do not replace psychiatric or psychological care.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under your jurisdiction.
Bookings are made via online forms, messaging apps, or email.
Payment is due in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed via third-party platforms and international accounts (e.g., in Italy or other jurisdictions).
All personal data and session content are kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your explicit written consent.
Your contact information (e.g., name, email, Telegram/WhatsApp username) is collected solely for communication and service provision. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered completed and non-refundable.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your first session, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a resolution (see refund terms in the offer agreement).
Our services are based on best efforts, experience, and methods proven to support personal transformation. However, we do not guarantee any specific result, as outcomes depend on personal responsibility, participation, and context.
All content shared with you (texts, audio files, recordings, documents, scripts) is protected by copyright. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of the Provider's registration.
You acknowledge and agree that legal jurisdiction applies regardless of your location or citizenship.
If you are accessing our services from outside Russia, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and tax obligations. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
